Fiduciary
Legally bound to your interests
Fiduciary isn't a style. It's a legal standard.
Every recommendation we make is legally required to serve your interests, not a sales quota. We're an independent Registered Investment Adviser: no proprietary products, no house agenda, and nobody upstairs telling us what to sell this quarter.
Your CPA, your attorney, and your advisor should be in the same conversation.
Most people get their investments in one office, their taxes in another, and their estate documents in a drawer. The gaps between those three are where money quietly leaks.
We look at all of it in the same meeting. When the portfolio moves, we ask what it does to your tax bill. When your estate documents change, we ask what it does to the plan. That’s the whole job.
The people we do our best work for
Business owners approaching a sale or transition
Retirees converting a lifetime of savings into 30 years of income
Families with two generations to think about
Professionals with more complexity than time
Our expertise
What we help
bring together.
01
Private Wealth Management
Investment management and financial planning built around your actual life—not a model portfolio or a risk questionnaire.
Investments · Retirement income · Tax-aware planning
02
Business & Practice Owners
Planning for the wealth inside your company and the life you want after it—from retirement plans to succession or a future sale.
Business planning · Succession · Employee benefits
03
Family & Estate Coordination
We work alongside your attorney and tax professionals so your accounts, documents, beneficiaries, and family priorities align.
Estate coordination · Legacy · Family wealth
04
Risk & Insurance Planning
We evaluate protection in the context of your income, assets, family, and long-term plan—not as a product-first conversation.
Life · Long-term care · Income protection
Your financial life shouldn’t depend on disconnected advice. We coordinate the decisions without losing sight of what the money is actually meant to accomplish.
How we work
First, we find what your current plan is missing.
01
Bring us the whole picture
Your investments, business interests, property, insurance, estate documents, tax concerns, and the decisions keeping you awake.
02
See what we’d change
We identify gaps, unnecessary complexity, and decisions that may be working against one another.
03
Build one coordinated plan
We organize the pieces around your family, your priorities, and what the money is actually meant to accomplish.
04
Keep it current
We stay involved as your business, family, health, and goals change instead of handing you a binder and disappearing.
Your advisors
Three fiduciary advisors.
One holistic plan.

Mike Milne
Founder & Financial Advisor
Mike has been in financial services since 1986, and he's seen every market anyone can name: 1987, the dot-com bust, 2008, 2020. A veteran and lifelong service professional, he founded Ocala Capital in 2004 on one rule: care for clients as people first.

John Moody
Financial Advisor
An Ocala native with two decades in financial services, John brings deep local perspective—his family’s roots in Marion County reach back to the mid-1800s.

Jeff Dicks
Financial Advisor
Jeff has worked in financial services since 2000, helping executives, business owners, retirees, and families turn complicated financial decisions into a clear course of action.
We look beyond the portfolio to coordinate the decisions around your family, business, taxes, insurance, estate, and retirement— then stay involved as life changes.
A practical first step
Bring us your current plan. We’ll tell you what we’d do differently.
We’ll review where you are, what you’re trying to accomplish, and where the pieces may not be working together. No sales presentation and no obligation. You’ll leave with a written summary of what we found, whether you hire us or not.

Built in Ocala
Your advisor should understand the life behind the balance sheet.
In Marion County, wealth often sits inside a business, medical practice, horse farm, land, retirement accounts, or the proceeds of something that took decades to build. Those situations don’t fit neatly into an investment account—and they shouldn’t be managed as though they do.
